IP&E owns and operates the retail, commercial and distribution assets formerly managed by Shell on Guam, Saipan and in the Republic of Palau. The acquisition included 28 retail service stations, terminal operations, logistics, as well as commercial, government, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants and Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) sales in the North Pacific region. IP&E has the rights to sell Shell branded retail products through a licensing agreement with Shell. In addition, the company will distribute Shell branded lubricants under a master distribution agreement. IP&E will also sell and distribute, under its own brand, commercial, aviation and marine fuels as well as Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG).
